Order & Delivery Information
At Mobile Arcade, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.
While we regularly update our stock levels, there may occasionally be discrepancies due to high demand. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly with the option of an alternative item or a full refund.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering, as changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD.
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or local taxes may apply. These are not included in our advertised prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order shortly after placing it, provided it has not yet been marked as ‘Shipped’. Once your order is dispatched, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled due to our fast processing system.
We offer a 14-day returns guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll issue you a full refund for the item’s value.
If the item is not faulty, the return postage cost will be your responsibility.
Please retain proof of postage when returning any item.
We can only accept returns on opened items if they are found to be faulty.
