Repair Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind Before Sending Device

  • If a customer pays for a repair online but decides not to send the device due to a change of mind, they can apply for a refund.

  • (Refund will be processed within a week)

Repair  Cost Increase After Receiving Device

  • If repair In Cases cost increase after the customer has sent the device, and they choose not to proceed, we will inform them and send back the device

  • Refund will be issued within a week.

Repair Not Completed

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the repair, we will send the device back to the customer.

  • Refund will be processed within a week.

Successful Repair

  • Once the repair is completed, the customer cannot claim a refund.

Repair Process Timeline:

  • Upon receiving the device, we aim to complete repairs within 3-5 days.

  • If there are board issues causing delays beyond 5 days, customers will be promptly updated. If the customer does not agree to the delay and the repair hasn’t started, we will send back the device and issue a refund within a week.

Return of Purchased Device with Accessories:

  • If purchases a device with free accessories and wishes to return it within a week, we will buy back the device, but the value of the accessories will be deducted from the refund

Return of Unused Accessories:

  • Unused Accessories can be returned within a week, but 20% of the accessory price will be deducted.

Return Of Purchased Device:

  • If you want to return a device due to a change of mind or physical damage, it won’t be eligible for a refund. However. if  the device is under warranty, it can be repaired, but a refund is not possible

Damage During Shipping:

  • If the device is received by the customer damaged, we are not responsible. The responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. We document the device’s condition with pictures before sending.

  • Note: Used items are not eligible for return. It is essential for customers to review and agree to these policies before proceeding with the repair or purchase.

Note: For every return, a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented. Without it, the return will not be accepted
