Job Description

    • Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards.
    • As a mobile hardware iOS/Android technician you will be assessing faults and expediting repairs and supporting colleagues.
    • You will be required to subject all repairs to strict tests and quality control procedures before preparing them for return to their owners.
    • You will be required to deliver excellent customer service to customers, sometimes face to face, sometimes by phone and email.
    • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service.
    • Keep track of inventory and customer devices.
    • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations.
    • Maintain a positive work environment.
    • Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
    • Reassemble the complete device.
    • Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner.
    • Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work.

    Experience & skills:

    • Proven experience as Electronics Technician or relevant position.
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication ability.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
    • In-depth understanding of diverse electronic systems and devices.
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
