Responsibilities

– Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards.
– As a mobile hardware iOS/Android technician, you will be assessing faults, expediting repairs, and supporting colleagues.
– You will be required to subject all repairs to strict tests and quality control procedures before preparing them for return to their owners.
– Deliver excellent customer service to customers, sometimes face to face, sometimes by phone and email.
– Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service.
– Keep track of inventory and customer devices.
– Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and repair stations.
– Maintain a positive work environment.
– Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
– Reassemble the complete device.
– Support productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner.
– Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work.

Experience & Skills

– Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or relevant position.
– Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication ability.
– Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
– In-depth understanding of diverse electronic systems and devices.
– Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
